Joe grew up renovating historic homes across New England alongside his father, brother, and sister. He went on to build custom, high-end cabinetry while attending the University of Colorado. That work cemented a commitment to precision he's carried into everything since.

He founded AirMill to solve a straightforward problem: builders need reliable climate control on site, and they don't need it to be complicated. Several clients have hired AirMill back for their own home builds. That's the kind of repeat business that only comes from doing the job right.

Joe lives on James Island with his wife, two daughters, and a yellow lab. When he's not on a job site, he's kiteboarding or sailing.

Ben Riggs is a Largo native and Marine Corps veteran who brings discipline and a service-first mindset to his role as Tampa Bay Operations Manager at AirMill. Currently pursuing a business degree, Ben combines hands-on operational experience with a commitment to continued growth, both personally and professionally.

In Tampa Bay, Ben's on the jobs and running the operation. He handles installs, weekly maintenance, and is the direct line when builders call.

Off the clock, he's riding motorcycles, learning the mechanics behind them, and spending time with his German Shepherd.
